What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, although some countries are more expensive to ship to.
Will my order be ready by Christmas?
Here are the final dates to order by depending on where you live:
- USA: Dec 10
- Canada: Dec 10
- UK: Dec 13
- The EU: Dec 05
- Australia: Dec 13
- Everywhere Else: Too Late
How long does shipping usually take?
Due to the time of the year, many orders will take much longer than expected.
Here are our best current estimates:
- USA, UK and Canada: 4-7 Business Days
- The EU: 7-9 Business Days
- Australia: 7-9 Business Days
- The rest of the world: 15-20 Business Days
This will become faster after the Christmas Rush.
My Order Isn't the Right Size. Can I return it?
Of Course! If you find out it is not the right size, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product. All you have to do is contact us through the Contact page or by emailing us at queries@cgmemerie.com
Make Sure to Include your Address, so we can inform you on where to return your product.
My Order is Damaged. Can I get a Refund or Replacement?
You can get a full refund, or have a new replacement shipped out to you at no extra cost.
All you have to do is contact us at queries@cgmemerie.com and send us a picture of the damaged item.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has yet to be shipped, it may be possible to cancel it.
Otherwise, if the item is already on its way, it is too late and out of our hands.
Are your clothing machine washable?
Yes. Everything is machine washable, but it is recommended that you wash your cloths at no higher than 40° C, or 100° F.
Are there any discounts currently available?
Depends how hard you want 'em.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
